Description :

Dell VxRail E660F Intel Xeon Gold 6330 Hyperconverged Infrastructure

The Dell VxRail E660F Hyperconverged Infrastructure is designed for virtualized workloads that require quick storage and high performance. With two 3GHz-clocked Intel Xeon Gold 6330 processors, it is powerful and probably has enough cores to handle demanding virtual environments. Although the precise memory setup isn't stated, it's made to be scalable for heavy workloads. The VxRail E660F excels at storage. It completely abandons spinning disk drives in favor of a full solid-state drive (SSD) arrangement, in contrast to its E660H sibling. Compared to HDDs, this offers much quicker read and write rates, making it perfect for applications that need frequent I/O operations or quick data access. With four 1.92 TB SATA SSDs, the system has more than enough capacity for tasks that demand high performance. To provide even more storage or other redundancy setups, three more 1.92 TB SATA SSDs are included. Mellanox ConnectX-5 dual-port 10/25GbE SFP28 cards handle networking, just like the E660H. For data-intensive operations or applications needing real-time response, these high-bandwidth, low-latency connections guarantee seamless operation. Flexibility in integration is ensured by the OCP NIC 3.0 standard's interoperability with a broad spectrum of networking devices. One of the VxRail E660F's primary strengths is still reliability. Its two hot-pluggable, redundant power supplies function in a 1+1 fashion and are fault-tolerant. As a result, downtime is reduced since if one power supply fails, the other can take over with ease. Even when the system is under load, the 1400W capacity provides enough power for all of the components. The power supplies can effectively manage a range of power circumstances thanks to mixed-mode operation.
